What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain required documentation within the case management system, including intake, investigative notes, and final reports
- Partner with Team Member Relations Leadership to provide guidance and coaching on employee concerns
- Assess risk and sensitivity of ambiguous cases and escalate issues to Senior Leadership when necessary
- Lead and support company-wide compliance initiatives, including state employment law updates
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Team Members, HR Business Partners, and Leadership to achieve business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Strong consultative, listening, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build trust and strong partnerships at all organizational levels
- Experience conducting formal investigations and providing appropriate recommendations
- Ability to convey recommendations and opinions persuasively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- PHR or SHRM certification
- 3-5 years of related experience
