What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote troubleshooting and resolution for issues related to Synapse products
- Document troubleshooting processes and follow escalation procedures as necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers and document interactions within a case
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams as required
- Monitor phone systems to ensure proper statuses are maintained
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree, Trade School Certification, or equivalent industry experience
- One or more industry-specific certifications in relevant technical backgrounds (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, and/or Oracle
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make independent decisions based on technology data and product knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with FUJIFILM Synapse Administration
- Familiarity with Synapse application front end and workflows
- Knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols (HL7 and DICOM)
- Security Certifications (Security + or higher)
- Working knowledge of Linux Architecture
