      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth IT operations

      - Configure, monitor, and support IT networks to ensure optimal performance
      - Travel between sites as needed to provide technical assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills
      - Expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across multiple platforms
      - Proficiency in network infrastructure, including cabling, switches, routers, and firewalls
      - Ability to coordinate with external vendors to escalate and resolve issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with encryption software and security applications
      - Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and support ticketing systems
      - Ability to provide user training and documentation on IT best practices
      - Understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools
