      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the point of contact for POS installations and IT-related issues
      - Manage menu execution and ensure site readiness for menu items
      - Troubleshoot problems in collaboration with vendors to resolve issues
      - Analyze business analytics and provide reporting for presentations and business needs
      - Develop and manage a Technology Road Map for ongoing initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and understanding of networks and communication protocols
      - Strong MS Excel and MS Access skills
      - Experience with SQL for data analysis and interpretation
      - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to travel 35% or more for field support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with various POS systems such as InfoGenesis, Nextep, or 365
      - Knowledge of camera/surveillance equipment and software management
      - Prior experience in a leadership or management role within dining services
