What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with existing and new customers to offer a variety of products and services
- Solve complex customer challenges and regain customer confidence
- Maintain general knowledge of the employer's products and services
- Obtain customer information and enter it into various CRM systems
- Comply with federal and state regulations regarding the handling of consumer confidential information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-6 months of telemarketing, retail, or sales experience, either in-person or via phone
- Technical PC experience, preferably with Windows
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient with technology applications, including email, Internet browsers, search engines, and data management systems
- Basic math skills
- Experience in a customer support role or related field
