      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line technical support via telephone, email, and live chat to customers and internal departments regarding product installation and programming issues
      - Assist dealers with design assistance and troubleshooting for ELAN product installations
      - Act as a technical brand champion and point of contact for sales and field escalations
      - Report product defects and provide feedback to Technical Support management
      - Continuously increase technical support product knowledge and attend training sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent two-year college degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience handling heavy inbound call volume in a technical support call center environment
      - Strong technical knowledge of security systems, home automation systems, or health/wellness products
      - Excellent customer service skills with a high level of patience
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with residential automation platforms such as ELAN, Control4, or Crestron
      - Field tech/installation experience highly desired
      - Experience in commercial Audio Visual products like amplifiers and network switches
      - URC or RTI programming experience a plus
      - Proven ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
