What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including android application support
- Track customer calls to resolution within agreed time limits
- Provide step-by-step technical help to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Document technical knowledge in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
