      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, particularly with heavy Android application support
      - Track calls to resolution within agreed time limits and provide accurate feedback to customers
      - Guide customers through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, or chat
      - Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and document technical knowledge in Salesforce
      - Gather customer feedback and report product malfunctions to improve service quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative, Desktop Support Engineer, or IT Help Desk Technician
      - Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products
      - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively
      - Familiarity with help desk software, particularly Salesforce, and remote support tools
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing step-by-step technical assistance, both written and verbal
      - Flexibility to potentially work shift hours as required
      - Knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software
