      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact to support desktop systems and applications for the Executive Office
      - Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, assisting teammates with desktop applications
      - Manage support requests via helpdesk software and prioritize issues from phone calls, emails, and teammate requests
      - Evaluate technologies to meet business objectives and align with compliance guidelines
      - Assist with the configuration and support of mobile devices, including iOS and Android

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree preferred or related experience and/or training
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a helpdesk environment, supporting Windows and Mac Operating Systems
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express oneself clearly and concisely
      - Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization
      - Expert knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OS X, with the ability to install, integrate, and support these operating systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient in Internet-related applications such as Office 365, anti-virus software, and web browsers
      - Highly motivated and organized individual with a strong commitment to quality
      - Experience in the configuration and installation of various network devices, including scanners, faxes, printers, and wireless devices
      - Good knowledge of IP addressing and TCP/IP networking
