      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with clients strategically to align technical programs with business goals
      - Monitor the health of technical programs and proactively mitigate potential issues
      - Drive adoption of contracted solutions and identify opportunities for additional services
      - Oversee technical engagements and serve as the single point of escalation for clients
      - Develop relationships with key technical stakeholders to facilitate project progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 18-24 months in a client-facing role, preferably in technical account management
      - Experience in technical consulting or technical project management
      - General knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and other scripting technologies
      - Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
