      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee deployment planning, solution innovation, and technical issue resolution to ensure positive customer experiences
      - Establish governance models with clients and conduct regular stakeholder meetings and business reviews
      - Develop and deliver training sessions for continuous product education and customer awareness
      - Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate critical issues for resolution
      - Provide Critical Event Management support through reports, exercises, and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8-10 years of experience in emergency management, public safety, enterprise security, or risk management
      - 3+ years in a customer-facing support or consulting role such as professional services or project management
      - Strong project management and technical skills, with a desire for self-development
      - Proven ability to coordinate internal resources to solve complex customer implementation problems
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous consulting experience in technology adoption within public safety or business continuity
      - Familiarity with Internet-hosted applications, computer security, and networking
      - Strong time management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SaaS applications
      - Ability to obtain relevant security clearances
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Public Safety, Emergency Management, or related fields
