What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with school district personnel and technical consultants
- Manage customer technical issues and support escalations to ensure timely resolution
- Provide proactive, strategic, and technical guidance to clients
- Generate and deliver reports for assigned districts based on service levels
- Collaborate with at-risk clients to develop retention strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting complex computer, applications, or network-related problems
- 2-4 years of experience in customer technical support help desk
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to travel throughout the local school district
- Must have a valid driver’s license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the K-12 school foodservice market
- 2-4 years of experience installing and training on a POS system
- Advanced working knowledge of PC networking and project management methodologies
- Familiarity with USDA regulated school food service software
- Knowledge of SalesForce.com is a plus
