      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues
      - Provide proactive, strategic, and technical guidance to clients, aligning their business goals with company solutions
      - Generate regular reports to monitor service levels and customer satisfaction
      - Collaborate with at-risk clients to develop retention strategies
      - Ensure compliance with service level agreements and manage client expectations effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting complex computer/applications/network-related problems
      - 2-4 years of experience in customer technical support help desk preferred
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the local school district
      - Strong understanding of project management methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the K-12 school foodservice market is highly desired
      - Knowledge of SalesForce.com a plus
      - 2-4 years’ experience in installing and training on a POS system
