      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure and onboard new customers to the Conversica platform
      - Lead integrations with modern CRM and Marketing Systems including Salesforce and HubSpot
      - Support the sales team with technical aspects of the sales process
      - Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers’ technical staff and executives
      - Provide Tier-3 technical support and act as a customer advocate

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of relevant work experience in technical account management or similar roles
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
      - Strong interpersonal skills with experience building relationships
      - Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
