      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of Managed Services
      - Drive customer satisfaction and engagement by facilitating timely service utilization
      - Serve as the first line of defense in addressing customer support requests and coordinating resolutions
      - Communicate effectively with customers on service updates and feedback mechanisms
      - Manage performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, consulting, or technical account management in cybersecurity
      - Proven ability to manage customer escalations and negotiate successful resolutions
      - Strong consulting and project management skills with a focus on delivering business value
      - Highly data-driven mindset with a commitment to following processes
      - Previous experience with enterprise security products or SaaS solutions is highly desired
