What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in a 12-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program, focusing on self-paced and hands-on learning

- Attend job readiness courses and guest speaker sessions to enhance professional skills
- Prepare for potential placement in client support or entry-level developer roles post-training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have ServiceNow Administrator Certification (passed CSA exam)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance and be a U.S. citizen

- Basic or advanced knowledge of JavaScript
