What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document business processes and technical solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Business Systems Analysis
- Advanced understanding of Windows Operating System
- Experience in troubleshooting print issues and managing print queues
- Basic knowledge of systems programming and associated activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing software and hardware solutions
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripts and Windows batches
- Practical experience in data operation and analysis
- Ability to envision system needs based on user interactions
