What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicating technical solutions and recommendations
- Lead workshops to guide clients through solution design and implementation processes
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design comprehensive solutions using the ServiceNow platform
- Provide technical support and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues on the ServiceNow platform, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
- 5+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- ServiceNow Implementation and Assessment experience in two or more applications
- Detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in three or more ServiceNow areas are strongly recommended
- Additional experience in IT or Software Asset Management
- Proven ability to lead workshops and guide clients through solution design processes
- Directory service integration experience (Active Directory, LDAP)
- Knowledge of Single Sign-on methods (token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0) and Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST)
