What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create tools to streamline rigging workflows and improve efficiency
- Develop well-architected and scalable rigging systems for XR experiences
- Maintain and contribute to existing workflows and tools
- Collaborate with art and engineering teams to define and develop content in modern real-time environments
- Manage the pipeline from artists and designers through to deployment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience rigging characters in Maya
- Experience creating procedural rigging systems
- Proven ability to collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills across team members, including engineers and artists
- U.S. Citizenship, Green Card Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive content development experience, including shipped AAA games and/or film
- Experience in virtual reality
- Knowledge of emerging technologies
- Familiarity with face tracking from video or similar technologies
- Experience with high-fidelity digital humans
