What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with audits, binders/invoicing, and endorsements by managing company correspondence
- Respond promptly to inquiries from the brokerage team, underwriters, and retail partners
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and underwriters
- Serve as a liaison between clients and underwriters to manage account documentation
- Maintain knowledge of the insurance industry through ongoing education and training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum one year of wholesale insurance experience
- High School diploma required; college courses preferred
- Knowledge of Commercial Lines E&S products and some Personal Lines E&S products
- Proven track record in insurance underwriting or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five years of experience with property and casualty lines of business
- Technical Assistant experience or three years of general insurance experience
