What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist School Nutrition Managers (SNMs) in completing the Menu Survey for the National School Foods Study
- Communicate with SNMs via telephone and email regarding the Menu Survey, answering questions and providing reminders
- Follow standardized procedures and scripts during interactions with SNMs
- Provide guidance to SNMs on the technological aspects of the online system
- Track all activities and communications with SNMs in the online system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to manage activities for multiple schools simultaneously under deadline pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using online systems and technology
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standardized procedures
- Ability to exercise judgment in resolving issues for SNMs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technical assistant or similar role within educational or nutritional programs
- Familiarity with data collection methods and online survey tools
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles
