What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, project management, and customer satisfaction
- Provide on-site technical support and training sessions to enhance client experience
- Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling equipment solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports on feedback and challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 2+ years of AutoCAD and/or Revit Design experience or experience in the component manufacturing industry
- Ability to read and understand prints and schematics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management experience or understanding of project management principles
- Strong focus on customer service
- Experience using small hand-power tools and reading a tape measure with 1/32-inch increments
