What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical business knowledge related to products, systems, or projects where guidance and solutions are needed
- Analyze and recommend alternative solutions within project strategy, including feasibility studies and risk analysis
- Collaborate with business, technical, operations, and end users to deliver desired solutions
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for complex projects, guiding understanding of requirements and impacts
- Participate in client-facing meetings and discussions to determine solution approaches

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including scripting knowledge and understanding of data structures
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Professional experience working with end-users to meet business needs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical skills in Database Development (Oracle 10g/11g PL/SQL) and Database Administration (Oracle 10g/11g)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, ANSI C, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Visual Studio
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux Operating Systems
- Certifications in database or other technologies (e.g., Oracle, Web, Java) and PCI certification
