What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform advanced business analysis and assist in the planning and implementation of data governance tools
- Support data collection and identify data assets from various sources for metadata management
- Analyze and evaluate business systems and processes to build operational metadata management processes
- Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders and technology teams, summarizing information for leadership
- Conduct design meetings and create project review and status reporting materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of total experience, with at least 8 years as a senior Business Analyst (Technical)
- Extensive experience with enterprise data analytics, integration, and management
- Proficiency in data governance technologies and tools, such as Informatica
- Strong skills in Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data acquisition strategies and solutions
- Familiarity with the Texas Data Management Framework
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information, including regulations and policies
