What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for data migration and conversion activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in data migration, cleansing, and conversion projects
- At least three (3) years of experience in data analysis using SQL queries
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
- Strong capability to create complex SQL queries
- Understanding of database platforms and database design

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Corrections processes
- Ability to understand complex business problems
- Familiarity with data conversion challenges and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of underlying technical architecture and legacy systems
