What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders and internal departments to conduct requirement analysis
- Define and document current and target state system flows, interface field mapping, and ETL specifications
- Work with external vendors and internal IT teams on design, build, and testing phases
- Coordinate UAT test cases and execution with the UAT Coordinator
- Analyze data integration between multiple source systems and develop end solutions with IDB IT

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Commercial Banking, focusing on CRE and C&I risk domains
- Proven ability to write technical specifications for file-based and real-time interfaces with risk systems
- Deep understanding of customer, loan, and facility data lineage and hierarchies
- Strong proficiency in banking risk concepts such as Probability of Default (PD) and Loss Given Default (LGD)
- Excellent client interaction skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Moody's Credit Lens platform or similar platforms
- Knowledge or exposure to Dual Risk Rating Framework
- Familiarity with commercial banking risk areas related to customer ratings and loan ratings
