What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and project-level analysis, producing required project documentation such as business requirements and scope matrices
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to implement requirements and guide testers during the QA process
- Create technical designs and solutions for project deliverables and develop specifications for releases and enhancements
- Lead or participate in multiple projects, managing scope, deadlines, and project documentation
- Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring quality control during development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Engineering or equivalent degree with excellent business analytical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with the Corrigo Platform or knowledge in the Real Estate/IWMS domain is a plus
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
- Proven experience in risk management and project documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with multi-tier technology stacks and development blueprints
- Experience in creating process flow diagrams, presentations, and system demos
- Ability to anticipate common errors and perform quality control assessments
- Previous experience in customer interaction and explaining technical solutions
- Strong ability to negotiate needs and expectations among multiple stakeholders
