Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in our networking and infrastructure projects. This position requires a strong understanding of technical infrastructure and the ability to articulate business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current infrastructure capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed project plans and provide insights to guide technical teams in achieving business goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans when necessary to meet objectives.
• Prepare technical and business documentation that supports project decisions and processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on networking and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical terms into business language and vice versa.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and networking.
• Background in managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Certification in networking or IT infrastructure (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
