      Job Description:

      Highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to lead and support Accident & Health Policy Administration System (PAS) and Excess PAS projects. Extensive experience in Group Accident Insurance Plans, Accident and Health Coverage, and Participant Accident Insurance. This role requires a confident, proactive, and collaborative individual who excels in working with stakeholders across various levels. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in delivering results for large-scale A&H PAS projects.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Lead the business analysis efforts for Group Accident Insurance Plans, Accident and Health Coverage, and Participant Accident Insurance-related projects within PAS systems.
      • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for PAS projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with insurance standards.
      • Create Demands and analyse tickets created in Service Now and provide resolution.
      • Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for the development team and ensure that PAS solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
      • Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, underwriters, actuaries, and IT to ensure the successful delivery of PAS implementations.
      • Provide subject matter expertise on A&H insurance products, particularly in Group Accident and Excess Coverage plans.
      • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to drive project requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
      • Ensure that PAS configurations and customizations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

      Requirements
      • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Accident and Health (A&H) Insurance domain, with a focus on Group Accident Insurance Plans and Participant Accident Insurance.
      • Extensive experience working on Policy Administration System (PAS) projects, particularly in the Accident & Health and Excess Insurance domains.
      • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and IT teams.
      • Deep understanding of Group Accident Insurance, Accident and Health Coverage, and Participant Accident Insurance products and regulations.
      • Familiarity with A&H policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims, and compliance.
      • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
      • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead discussions and negotiations across teams.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
      • Familiarity with PAS platforms specific to the Accident & Health insurance industry specifically in Group Accident Insurance Plans , Accident Health Coverage and Participant Accident Insurance.
      • Strong proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
      • Ability to document and manage complex business and technical requirements.
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
