What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the scrum team and product owners to develop user stories, use cases, and flow charts
- Maintain product enhancement documentation and develop product backlog items
- Coordinate multiple phases of the software development life cycle, including planning and implementation
- Support project initiatives by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines
- Assist with Sprint testing and user acceptance testing as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a business analysis role
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse professionals
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience with Scrum or Agile methods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior working experience with API
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML, and XML
- Knowledge of web development best practices and industry standards
