What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance ITSM and ITOM modules based on business needs
- Migrate data and processes from legacy tools to ServiceNow, ensuring smooth transitions
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to define and implement technical solutions
- Document designs, processes, and solutions for both internal and client use
- Mentor junior ServiceNow developers and contribute to the development of custom IP solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow design, development, and implementation experience
- Strong expertise in ITSM and ITOM, with hands-on implementation and integration experience
- Experience in developing custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API
- At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a lead consultant

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM and ITOM
- ITIL v3 Certification
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript
- Strong presentation skills for customer engagements
- Leadership and teamwork experience in complex environments
