What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, debug, execute, and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios using LoadRunner
- Perform various types of performance testing, including load, stress, and scalability tests
- Diagnose and troubleshoot performance-related issues across systems
- Monitor backend systems and servers using APM tools and Splunk to identify performance bottlenecks
- Analyze performance test results and create comprehensive performance test reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-9 years of IT experience focused on Performance Test Engineering, with recent experience using LoadRunner
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in LoadRunner script creation and troubleshooting (Web, True Client Web, and Web Services protocols)
- Proficiency in writing custom code in LoadRunner using C or JavaScript
- Extensive experience creating performance test scenarios in LoadRunner Enterprise
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
