What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of curriculum development experience, specifically for software products
- Proficiency with tools for creating and publishing interactive courseware (e.g., Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia)
- Strong written, visual design, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in safety and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field
- Certifications in instructional design or curriculum development (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
- Familiarity with safety data management systems and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with Veeva products or similar life sciences SaaS platforms
