What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the customer fulfillment process, ensuring a positive customer service experience
- Coordinate communications for all aspects of customer and technical service
- Analyze and facilitate resolutions for customer service and technical issues
- Create Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) to ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee post-shipment processes and verify job information to resolve discrepancies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or fulfillment
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
- Demonstrable experience in waste management and disposal
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent experience in science, mathematics, or business
- Technical knowledge of waste management and disposal processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow standard processes
