What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving with desktop and mobile devices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse customer demographics
- Ability to document customer interactions accurately with minimal errors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a virtual contact center environment
- Familiarity with troubleshooting applications on iOS and Android platforms
