      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring effective use of the employer's publisher video platform
      - Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations
      - Collaborate with clients to optimize their video content and monetization strategies
      - Utilize data and analytics to drive business results and improve client satisfaction
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of professional experience in the ad-tech industry in customer-facing and technical roles
      - Strong understanding of online advertising infrastructure, particularly from the publisher's perspective
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to proactively solve problems and adapt to changing priorities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience with HTML and proficiency in HTML development tools
      - Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and API development
      - Experience with tools like Tableau, JIRA, and CRM systems
      - Knowledge of SSPs, PMPs, and the Programmatic Landscape
      - Strong multitasking abilities and a quick learner enthusiastic about new technologies
