What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage and support the success of a portfolio of assigned customers, driving adoption and growth
- Manage the onboarding of new customers, translating their Desired Outcomes into actionable implementation plans
- Serve as the product expert and trusted advisor, providing guidance on maximizing value from the employer's solutions
- Conduct data-driven reviews and analysis of customer fraud activity, presenting insights and findings
- Build strong customer relationships through high levels of engagement and routine performance reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, either in a leading or supporting capacity
- 2+ years of experience within a SaaS/AdTech environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot independently
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively to C-level executives
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or business intelligence tools, with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree with a technological background
