What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage cross-functional site infrastructure projects covering data center design, construction, and hardware systems
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans ensuring timely delivery of new-build projects
- Provide hands-on program management throughout all project phases, from analysis to post-implementation
- Perform risk management and align decisions across various teams on projects
- Drive internal process improvements and conduct business process re-engineering reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT systems engineering, electrical engineering, business, or related field
- 5 years of data center or network deployment experience
- 3 years of experience with project management strategies, planning, and tools
- Proven track record of delivering deployments on or ahead of schedule and on budget
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with managing projects related to data center design and capacity management
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Juniper JNCIA certification
- Project management experience in scalable enterprise tooling initiatives
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and learn new skill sets quickly
