Job Description

- To ensure efficient time management of projects showing the ability to plan and priorities both client projects and personal workload.
- To liaise with the wider Service Design Team to identify and correct areas of
- underperformance and optimise data systems, within the bounds of our service.
- protocols and supporting documents, working practices and systems.
- To support the Technical Design team and other relevant business units, to ensure services deliver outcomes in accordance with company strategy and customer specification.
- To support the creation of user guidelines around data extraction and reporting tools for field based clinical pharmacist use and customer use including relevant and accurate clinical detail where appropriate
- To support the technical design team, service technology team and field based clinical teams in data system queries include triage and resolution
- To contribute to the service design process – including relevant knowledge of clinical guideline and long-term conditions - for new services and improvements to existing services during the re-certification process.
- To stay abreast of the latest changes to the ABPI code of practice, data protection legislation and clinical guidelines relevant to areas of service delivery
- Client communications
- Support client or customer communications alongside account managers
- To liaise with and support internal business functions where required including head office technical operations team and compliance & medical affairs in order to work effectively.
- Training Where appropriate to support or deliver technical training sessions to field based delivery teams at regional and/or national training level.
- Registered pharmacist working at ACP level or above
- Excellent communication skills
- Developed technical skills including primary care IT search & extract and MS Excel
- Strong administrative skills
- Outstanding commercial awareness and seeing the bigger picture

- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks through effective planning
