What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up and operate production switchers and associated technical equipment in control room environments for live and taped events
- Collaborate with the Director and Producer to achieve the technical and artistic vision of each production
- Lead audio, graphics, EVS, and Studio teams during production setup
- Evaluate and assign all video inputs while considering timing and video levels
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure accountability for their execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of experience as a Technical Director in major market television
- Proficiency in operating various models of video switchers and digital effects devices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
- Willingness to travel from home market as needed
