What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Test and keystroke articles against the product to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Perform developmental edits to reorganize and format existing content for clarity
- Update existing documentation to address feature gaps and improve readability
- Create DITA source files in accordance with the employer's processes
- Ensure content adheres to the established style guide and is engaging for users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in cloud-based software documentation
- Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Strong technical editing skills and experience in content organization
- Familiarity with DITA XML format and a DITA authoring tool (specifically Oxygen Author)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud-based software products
- Proficiency in using Oxygen Author for DITA authoring
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and user-friendly documentation
