      Job Description:

      • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation
      • Respond promptly to all work orders, ensuring compliance with KPIs and delivering excellent customer service
      • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and service excellence through site inspections and assessments, ensuring all building procedures and performance measures are consistently maintained to provide a safe workplace.
      • Plan, schedule, and manage repairs, maintenance, minor works, and other work requests, ensuring timely completion.
      • Communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless execution of work.
      • Assist in procuring vendors and services as needed
      • Perform additional responsibilities as required, including but not limited to: reception and guest support, mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance, landlord relations, building access pass management, and safety and security support.
      • Maintain accurate records and official documentation related to site operations, including but not limited to: office moves/reconfigurations, events, reception, and building operations.
      • Develop, maintain, and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, after-hours emergency response, and environmental health and safety protocols.
      • Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
      • Comply with all contractual requirements and consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
      • Deliver high-quality service, reflected in positive client feedback.
      • Oversee site operations in alignment with agreed policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.

      Job Requirements:

      • Prior experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
      • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services is an advantage.
      • Familiarity with basic technical aspects of property management, including CRAC, Chiller Systems, Fire Protection Systems, and Mechanical & Electrical Systems, is beneficial.
      • Proficiency in various IT tools and platforms.
      • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
      • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and adaptable.
      • Must be willing to travel frequently for domestic business trips and respond promptly in emergency situations.
      • Strong ability to coordinate and manage vendors effectively.
      • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
      • May be required to work weekends or outside regular business hours, within a maximum of 52 hours per week.
