What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 3 support for issues related to Cisco Meraki networks and Azure cloud services
- Act as the Cisco Meraki Subject Matter Expert, deploying and maintaining enterprise-scale networking solutions
- Administer Azure cloud environments, including Active Directory and virtual machines
- Collaborate with Professional Services on IT projects for internal and external customers
- Conduct proactive system maintenance, including audits, backups, and optimizations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in System and Network Administration, with expertise in Cisco Meraki and Azure cloud platforms
- In-depth experience with Cisco Meraki solutions, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Hands-on experience managing Azure services, including Active Directory and networking
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management, including security and scalability
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Intune and Defender

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Meraki CMNA/CMNO or Azure Solutions Architect
- Experience working collaboratively with Professional Services teams on customer projects
