What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and oversee architectures for complex systems and systems design activities
- Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise data and architecture authority for Master Data Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technology-based business solutions
- Mentor and lead project teams in the use of technology
- Analyze technical needs, requirements, and infrastructure design for data governance and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Ability to analyze and define complex processes and sub-processes
- Experience with Master Data Management or Enterprise Master Patient Index platform preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related major
- Experience working with a Master Data Management or EMPI system
- Experience with graph databases
- Previous healthcare systems knowledge
- Knowledge of MDM software/platforms and data quality platforms
