      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a scalable and robust cross-domain system stack for Mass Markets, Enterprise, and Wholesale customers
      - Drive automation, process efficiency, and customer service support for field technicians and technical support agents
      - Lead operational readiness for new Service Delivery product launches and enhance existing platforms
      - Manage JIRA and incident life cycle, including requirements, ticket tracking, and communication
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prioritize workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Service Support, System Support, or Service Assurance
      - Experience working on cross-functional and cross-team projects
      - Understanding of Chatbot experience and workflows
      - Strong strategic vision with the ability to identify friction points and implement solutions
      - Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and customer support experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep familiarity with fiber technology and customer experience
      - Master's Degree and/or technical certifications
      - Strong technical experience, preferably in telecommunications or software development
      - Experience in developing Chat experiences and automating self-service capabilities
