What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Position and promote employer materials and technology to maximize content on current and future aerospace programs
- Identify and define new opportunities and develop business cases to justify budget, resources, and priorities
- Oversee the execution of technical projects from conception to commercialization, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Develop and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with customers and partners, elevating influence within the technical community
- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape and determine opportunities or gaps for technical positioning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant technical experience in aerospace
- Strong technical understanding of advanced materials, composites, manufacturing processes, and composite fabrication methods
- Established relationships with the technical community at Boeing and within the industry
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
