What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and support outsourced engineering teams, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Manage documentation and maintain Confluence pages to ensure up-to-date information
- Lead design sessions and reviews to develop scalable software solutions
- Analyze requirements and guide the team in overcoming technical challenges
- Participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) and provide on-call support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing software development architectures
- Experience working with outsourced engineering development teams
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
