What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop process guidelines, engineering documents, and specifications for implementing desalination and water treatment products
- Create and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), process and instrument diagrams (P&IDs), and process control diagrams (PCDs)
- Lead and participate in hazard and operability studies (HAZOPs)
- Assist the Aftermarket group with customer process assessments and system commissioning
- Maintain effective communication and information sharing between Sales, Engineering, Applications, and Product departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of process engineering and/or applications engineering experience in desalination or water/wastewater treatment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering preferred
- Strong analytical skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong oral and written communication skills for presentations and customer interactions
