What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support low-latency electronic trading systems across all functional areas within the firm
- Build and manage process management and monitoring toolkits using scripting languages, preferably Python
- Collaborate with developers to improve operational stability and functionality of trading systems
- Coordinate, plan, and execute firm-wide changes within a global change management framework
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and systems issues, ensuring high availability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or a similar technical field
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems
- Proven experience in configuring and managing low-latency, high-availability trading systems
- Ability to triage, prioritize, and troubleshoot complex network and systems issues
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, HTTP, TCP, and UDP

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with scripting languages, particularly Python
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with trading and technology teams
- Familiarity with continuous integration and test-driven development practices
