What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enhance, support, and monitor all aspects of the trading infrastructure
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues across trading desks and back-office operations
- Own and manage technical issues, ensuring they are addressed appropriately
- Build and enhance operational dashboards to identify inefficiencies in the trading lifecycle
- Develop and maintain scripted tools for data analytics and automation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
- Proficiency in Python development, including application requirements, design, implementation, and deployment
- Experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems
- Knowledge of the financial domain and trading infrastructure
- Understanding of TCP/IP and multicast technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SQL or similar relational database systems
- A self-motivated personality with a strong passion for solving complex problems
- Exceptional communication skills
